Mia Quinones, Staff Reporter
My name is Mia Quinones and I am currently a junior at Loretto Academy.
I’ve been at Loretto since freshman year and I, along with the other students of my grade, had the unfortunate experience of staying in quarantine lockdown my entire sophomore year, however, it was a mind-opening experience that allowed me to grow as a person.
My experience allowed me to learn how to be an outgoing and extroverted person which will allow me to be comfortable interviewing peers, staff, and fellow students for The Prax.
This year, being part of The Prax staff will give me an opportunity to write many fascinating stories about sports and Loretto News.
My hobbies include playing volleyball, writing, and occasionally traveling.
I want to go to UCLA or Duke University for college to hopefully pursue a career in science.
I hope you enjoy learning more about what’s going on in our world and in our community.
