On November 12, 2025, Loretto Academy transformed its gym and cafeteria to host Jingle Mingle, a beloved Christmas tradition.
This event, held annually before Thanksgiving, gives each club a chance to showcase its creativity while bringing students and families together.
Partaking clubs bring and make a number of festive goods, crafts, and prizes for participants.
Members plan for weeks to prepare for this event, sharing their merry spirit in light of the upcoming holiday months.
Women Empowering Women started a new tradition of selling ornaments that children could decorate for their Christmas tree.
President of Women Empowering Women, junior Arantza Espino said, “It was really great seeing everything we had worked so hard to make, finally come together.”
“Being able to celebrate such a wonderful time with club members and families visiting also felt very special.”
The STEM club had made a delicious arrangement of fruits and vegetables with condiments on the side, along with homemade slime.
The American Sign Language (ASL) club was in the gym, and they served warm cups of flavorful tea to customers.
Members of LAA set up the concession stand that was stocked with the community’s favorite snacks and their tasty pulled pork nachos.
The Pre-Med club came up with a new and innovative idea of selling homemade chai lattes to draw in a wider range of people.
The Spanish Honor Society sold delicious and customizable elotes with colorful posters to catch the attention of guests.
The UNICEF club participated in selling delicious s’mores to advocate and bring awareness for children’s rights locally and globally.
Jingle Mingle is a merry celebration of the clubs and organizations’ hard work, dedication, and their ability to come together to create new ideas and crafts.
