Loretto Academy’s show choir and choir students recently competed in the TMEA state competition, performed at the Halloween assembly, and have upcoming dates for performances.
At the TMEA state competition out of all the talented participants, Alex Quevedo placed in the top 15 chairs and Ema Lucia Muniz placed in the top 17 chairs.
The show choir also performed at the school’s Halloween assembly, where president of show choir Alex Quevedo said, “It was a fun experience to have everyone cohesively singing together and working together, especially when we
choreographed it.”

Next up, the choir program will host a piano and guitar concert on Thursday, Dec.11 at 4:30p.m. In the Little Theater, followed by a choir concert on Friday, Dec.12 in the Little Chapel at 5:30 p.m.
Choir director Mr.Hernandez is excited for these performances and hopes students will attend to support the soloists, duets, and choirs from both the middle
and high school.
