Broadway continues to entertain virtually

Not everything about the coronavirus outbreak is bad!

Most people in the United States are isolated and quarantined at home; however, some of them have found creative ways to entertain themselves.

Although Broadway shows were canceled until April 12, performers have found a way to connect with the public and alleviate the situation.

Their main concern is the health and safety of people, but that did not keep them from having fun at home.

Broadway performers have used their talents in order to cheer people up.

The artists lip-synced “One Day More” from their musical Les Miserables.

They all joined virtually from their homes in order to make this happen.

While singing, they performed activities such as washing their hands and using hand sanitizer to encourage the public to do the same.

Director Jordan Grubb even invited more people through social media to join the trend by sending a video of themselves singing.

He recollected the clips and posted them on Facebook.

What a good way to distract people from the bad things in the world right now!

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that employees should stay and work from home, and celebrities are using the media as a source to continue working.

They are inspiring people to stay home by giving live concerts and performances.

Let’s hope the measures taken will reduce the spread so that performers can go back to work to keep cheering and inspiring the public.
