Spring break has come to a close but that
only leads to summer being around the
corner.
It is the time for sun tanning, swimming,
and traveling, but how can we have fun in the
sun without a perfect skincare routine?
Before the guidelines for skincare are set,
there has to be something addressed: all skin
types are beautiful and acne or blemishes are
inevitable to come out.
There is no need to stress for any temporary
blemish, especially when there are guidelines
to help cure or prevent them!
Beside the multiple face cleansers, there are
other factors that cause acne to protrude on
the skin, such as diet.
Diet greatly influences acne as the intake of
high glycemic foods, such as sugar or sodium,
is what causes blemishes to occur.
Drinking water is also part of the diet
process as it is a beneficial factor to keep the
skin hydrated and nourished.

Another element of surprise in the acne
guide is the sun.
The sun has strong ultraviolet rays that can
cause inflammation and redness onto our
skin, which is why it is necessary to wear
sunblock every other day.
Aveeno Naturals Daily Moisturizer with
SPF 30 is a prime use for a daily skincare
routine as it both moisturizes the face and
protects it from the sun.
These specific causes do not mean that
sugar should be forbidden from the pantry or
that the sun is evil but rather they are
precautions for the future of skincare.
Despite the certain causes, it is important to
maintain a pattern of washing the face day
and night with what pertains to the skin type,
whether it be dry, normal, or oily.
CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser and
Cetaphil are the typical, but reliable, facial
cleansers made for all skin types and
afterward it is important to moisturize to
prevent dryness.

As it is said before, acne is inevitable and it
should not effect how others see themselves
because everyone is beautiful in their own
way.
These guidelines are simply made to help
prevent or treat inflammation of the skin so
that everyone can glow up with glowing skin!
