February: the month where all couples fall
in love as they stare into each others eyes and
gift each other with tokens of their undying
love… NOT!

According to Billboard: The Hot 100, all
the songs thought to be the ones to dedicate to
significant others was just a mere illusion as it
was mostly songs about exes or breakups that
made the top five.
The top five hits in February were:
• 7 Rings by Ariana Grande
• Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored
by Ariana Grande
• Thank U, Next by Ariana Grande
• Without Me by Halsey
• Sunflower by Post Malone and Swae Lee
Looks like this year was dedicated more to
all the single ladies out there or post break up
couples.

But never fear, March is here!
March is typically the month where college
basketball is seen in a bracket and people wear green for St. Patty’s Day, but it is also the month for new music.

Billie Ellish, Lana Del Rey, and Weezer
have released new albums recently and will
not be the only popular artists to be releasing
new songs.

So far, it looks like the March playlist will
have a spotlight on the alternative rock and
indie genre sung by the soothing voice of
Ellish and the vintage styling of Lana Del
Rey.
