Hello! My name is Angelica Castorena and I am a senior at Loretto Academy.

This is my first year as a writer for The Prax.

Writing has been a passion of mine from an early age, and I am excited to embark on a fresh “journalistic journey” through Loretto’s distinguished newspaper.

This opportunity will be an outlet for me to not only connect with my school community but with communities outside of it as well.

In addition to writing for The Prax, I enjoy dancing, volunteering, and puzzles of all sorts.

I plan on going into the education field and hope to inspire young learners to reach beyond their limits, as my educators have done so with me.

I await the takeaways from my experience as a Loretto News Editor and am grateful to be a part of this chapter of The Prax.
