It has been an honor to write for The Prax.

I am glad I have had the opportunity to talk to girls in different grades and listen to what they have to say.

Writing has never been my strong suit, but taking this class prepared me for the next chapter of my life.

Not only did I gain writing skills, but I became more informed about the events occurring in our world.

Hearing my classmates’ opinions in class discussions has made me more open-minded and enabled me to look at things from a different perspective.

The most important thing I learned was that journalists are very important to society because they give a voice to the voiceless and shed light on important issues that many people don’t know about.

Journalism is powerful because it changes lives and history.

I am very thankful to work with such a great staff and to have Mrs. Lockhart guide us through this year.

Journalism has greatly impacted my life, and I will carry the knowledge I gained in this class to college.

This will always be my favorite class I have taken at Loretto Academy.
