On October 17th, at the Chicago Sky’s stadium, the fourth game of the women’s basketball finals took place.

The Chicago Sky won against the Phoenix Mercury with a score of 80-74.

The MVP of the finals was shooting guard and small forward Kahleah Copper, who has been with the Chicago Sky for four years.

She was drafted by the Washington Mystics in 2016, and was traded to the Chicago Sky the following year.

The talk of the game was forward and center player Candace Parker, who has been in the WNBA for 13 years.

Parker was drafted by the Los Angeles Sparks in 2008.

In 2021, she was welcomed by the Chicago Sky team.

She had a goal to give back to her hometown of Chicago by winning a WNBA Championship, which she fulfilled.

October 17th marked the day the Chicago Sky won their first championship since its origin in 2005.
