The class of 2021’s time to say goodbye slowly approaches; however they couldn’t let time pass by without taking a day off.

On April 9th, 2021, the senior class decided to participate in the tradition of senior ditch day.

Senior class president, Valeria Simons, said, “We wanted to do this [senior ditch day], just to let the girls have a day off, since it has been a very stressful year, and we have lost certain traditions.”

The senior class was overjoyed to allow this tradition take place, yet the planning was different from past years.

Simons said, “We sent the girls a google form in order to know what day they would enjoy to have senior ditch day the most, after that was done, of course there were complications since quizzes came up, but it was figured out, and our ditch day was able to happen.”

Although few girls did log in onto their classes, it was a successful senior ditch day.

As the last days of the school year come to an end, the senior class will forever continue to figure out whatever might come along the path.
