Social-distancing workouts

We need to remember that during our free time, we should use the time to work on our health by eating healthier, working out, and going outside to get some sunlight.
It is very hard to keep up with a routine, especially because we are in our homes and watching Netflix sounds more appealing than working out.
However, this is a time to better ourselves, and a great way to start our improvement is taking care of our health.
Here is a ten minute workout that you can do throughout the day:
- Dead bug: 1 minute
- Forearm bug: 1 minute
- Plank up-down: 1 minute
- Lateral plank walk: 1 minute
- Bird dog crunch: 1 minute
- Alternating lateral lunge with dumbbells: 1 Minute
- Skater hop: 1 Minute
- Bent-over row hold with dumbbells: 1 Minutes
- Lunge hold right: 1 minute
- Lunge hold left: 1 Minute
A way you can get through this is if you listen to music, on top there is a playlist that can keep you pumped up!
