Loretto is not shy about its many extracurricular activities — and this month, the Loretto drama department is putting on a new play. 

Set to go live on April 2, 3, and 4, the drama department has already started casting people for the play.  

The play, Leader of the Pack, is a musical based on the life of Ellie Greenwich. 

The cast members have been practicing for over a month and are excited to finally share the play with everyone. 

As not much has been released about the play, junior Sydney Dungan talked about life backstage. 

Dungan said, “The best part of the drama has to be the inside jokes that go on backstage that the audience doesn’t know about.

“It’s everything we do to make the play; it’s amazing, it’s fun.”

Each Loretto play the drama department has put on shows their hard work and passion, and this one will not disappoint!
