Healthy after holidays

The holidays are a special time to be with the whole family and to enjoy vacations; however, it is also a special time to break diets and enjoy delicious food.
Exercise and eating healthy are the most common New Year’s resolutions, but sometimes it is hard to know what exactly is needed to achieve these goals.
Spring is coming quickly, and a summer body is fundamental.
Many people believe that a gym is necessary to work out, but the only thing that is needed is will and compromise.
Only a few exercises to do at home for 30 minutes every day will take one to the perfect body.
Here is an example of a quick 30 minute workout at home.
- Form Roll Spine (30 seconds)
- Form Roll Squads (30 seconds)
- 20 Squats
- 10 Lunges on each leg
- 15 Front Shoulder Raises
- 15 Lateral Shoulder Raises
- 10 (each arm) TRX Single Arm Row
- 12 (each arm) Goblet Step Ups
- 15 Anti-rotation Presses in lunge position
- Burpees (30 seconds)
A good diet is also recommended for better results.
- Vegetables
- Drinking lots of water
- Avocado toast
- Protein shakes
