As the winter vacation comes along, so do all the sweets and tamales.
To keep yourself in shape and still be able to eat all this food, just follow this workout.
- Squats 20 reps x2
- Lunges 10 reps x2 each leg
- Jump squats 10 reps x2
- Side lunge 20 reps x2 each leg
- Crunches 25 reps x2
- Side crunches 20 reps x2 each side
- Toe touches 20 reps x2 each side
- Burpee 10 reps x2
- Plank 1 min x2
- Russian twists 15 reps x2
- Push Ups 10 reps x2
- Jumping jacks 20 reps x2
This is a quick way to be able to lose some calories just in time for the holiday season.
