As the winter vacation comes along, so do all the sweets and tamales

To keep yourself in shape and still be able to eat all this food, just follow this workout. 

  1. Squats 20 reps x2
  2. Lunges 10 reps x2 each leg 
  3. Jump squats 10 reps x2
  4. Side lunge 20 reps x2 each leg
  5. Crunches 25 reps x2 
  6. Side crunches 20 reps x2 each side
  7. Toe touches 20 reps x2 each side 
  8. Burpee 10 reps x2 
  9. Plank 1 min x2
  10. Russian twists 15 reps x2 
  11. Push Ups 10 reps x2
  12. Jumping jacks 20 reps x2 

This is a quick way to be able to lose some calories just in time for the holiday season.
