On December 11th, reporter and weekend anchor for KTSM, Estefania Seyffert visited Loretto Academy to speak with the Prax staff about a career in journalism.

Seyffert spoke with the staff regarding life as a broadcast journalist and her experiences in the field.

Seyffert is a Loretto Angel herself, she too was a member of the Prax during her high school years.

The staff was free to ask Seyffert about what life is like as a reporter and what it feels like to be on air.

Seyffert’s visit proved to be a very helpful educational experience for the staff, especially for the senior girls as they get ready to go to college and choose a career.

After the visit, Seyffert tweeted, “Lots of future journalists at the Prax! I’m proud of all the tough questions they asked.”
