You guessed it, it’s that stubborn belly fat.
Here is a quick, 10-minute belly burner that is sure to give Santa a six-pac by Christmas Eve.
- Do 10 reps of reverse lunges
- 10 reps of close-grip pushup
- totally body extension- 20 reps in
30 seconds!
- Iron cross hold for 30 seconds
- Cross-body mountain climbers-
10 reps per side

In addition to remaining healthy during this holiday season, there are additional choices you can make to prevent additional weight gain.
Some healthy holiday dishes include a roasted sweet potatoe and wild rice salad, or a vegan lemon herb garlic roasted potato dish.
Another great and healthy holiday dish would include roasted lamb, which has been scientifically proven to promote muscle growth as well as energy output and performance.
