My name is Orlyanka Tantchou and I am currently a senior at Loretto Academy.

This will be my second year writing for The Prax and working as Co-Editor-in-Chief.

I am dedicated to using all of my resources to report on groundbreaking events that change our world.

Writing has always been a passion of mine and I am eager to share my love for writing with the El Paso community.

Journalism has opened my eyes to the world around me and I hope to channel that knowledge through my writing.

I hope The Prax continues to be a source of unbiased news featuring current events on a local, national, and international scale.

I look forward to contributing new ideas and working with my peers to make each edition more informative than the last.

A few activities that I enjoy outside of school are spending quality time with family, reading, painting, and cooking.

In the future, I plan to pursue a career in law to serve as a voice for the voiceless and give back to the less fortunate.
