I especially enjoy teaching journalism because I find it so rewarding when The Prax reporters become engaged in the world around -discover their voices--and become advocates for those whose voices are silent or go unheard.

In addition to journalism, my teaching world includes AP English Language and Composition, junior English, and Holocaust Studies.

Each of these classes provide me with rewarding and engaging content which I take tremendous
pride in sharing with my students.

Outside of Loretto, I am immersed in a variety of activities.

I enjoy working out and staying physically fit.

Running, playing basketball and tennis are several of the sports I compete in on a regular basis.

Spending time with my husband and our puppy, Bella are the best stress relievers, and listening to PInk and attending her concerts completes my outside of school adventures.

The Prax staff has put a tremendous effort into our online newspaper and I hope you enjoy their work and continue to support us throughout the year.
