The class of 2020 has finally debuted their long-awaited senior jackets and has left the senior class feeling groovy as ever!

One of the many long-standing traditions Loretto Academy has is its coveted senior jackets.

The class of 2020 received their senior jackets early November.

The jackets are black and grey with a touch of color on the words “Loretto Academy.”

The senior jackets not only leave the seniors with a touch of flare to their uniform, but it also acts as a symbol of seniority.

Senior Bonnie Abbott said, “At this point it’s a badge of honor to be called a senior.”

The jackets are also very popular amongst the senior sponsors as well.

Many of the girls were happy to find that the jackets were also much warmer this year.

Vice president of the senior class Abigail Eudave said,  “I really like them; they’re super warm!”

Abbott added and said, “The last few years they’ve been really thin, but this year they are thicker.”

The class of 2020 is ready to tackle the rest of the year with their new senior jackets!
