Next week is finals week for the Seniors at Loretto.

Some of us are experts at getting stressed for the many things we have to finish and get grades up.

Stress, the number thing Loretto seniors have every day.

Why not have a complete day off, to de-stress and relax?

Fill the bath tub with warm water and put in some bubbles to add a more relaxing mood.

Light up some candles and play your favorite relaxing playlist.. maybe even play a meditation with the Breethe App.

Make some home-made face masks with natural ingredients such as:

  • Avocado
  • Natural Yogurt
  • Honey
  • Oatmeal

Choose a day in which the stress is overwhelming and for one hour try to relax so by the time the final comes, the stress is under control.
